Sorry I've been so lax

I've been busy with moving, creating 2 new web sites and trying to get my studies back on track, as well as normal every day life and work that I really haven't been able to put any effort into this blog for far too long.

I promise to give greater focus soon, although in reality when nailhub is running properly I'll probably shut this one down to focus on that one.

Date night

I went on a date last night. A few days before though I asked on twitter what people thought were good first date nails. The consensus was to stay conservative but maybe a small splash of something. I ended up with Wedding Crasher by Darling, with Blueberry by Nubar as an accent nail. I then put Darling Diva Ringer for Fantasy Fire on top of the blueberry. The pictures below do not do the colours justice.
So three coats of each Wedding Crasher and Blueberry and two coats of FF ringer

Nubar blueberry

I know it's been a while, I'm sorry! I'm reasonably sure no one reads this anyway so all good right?
Anyway I finally got to and took some new pictures.
This one arrived today. It's Blueberry from Nubar. At first I was hesitant, I mean I mostly stick to reds and pinks, but this blue is absolutely gorgeous. I'm really loving this colour at the moment, so much so that I think I'll be sticking to the blue side of the spectrum for a little while.
If anyone does read this, I would love to hear your thoughts on it and also to hear of suggestions you might have for other stunning blues!
